CFS1 – The Other Total: 1RM for Clean, Bench Press, Overhead Squat
CFS2 – 8 Min AMRAP:  Turkish Get-ups – 35M / 26W (alternate hands every 5 reps)
CFS3 – For Load:  Snatch Balance 3-3-3-3-3 reps

CFE1 – Death by 10m: 10m 1st MIN, 20m 2nd MIN, 30m 3rd MIN, etc, until failure
CFE2 – Tabata Row: 20sec On / 10sec Off, repeat 8 times
CFE3 – 25 min Tempo Run @ 85% RPE
