CFS2 – For Load: Thrusters 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 reps with 60 sec rest in between
CFS3 – 4 rounds for time – 20 Box Jumps (30″/24″) + 15 GHD Sit-Ups + 10 KB Swings (70/44)

CFE1 – Run 6x800m with 1 min rest in between
CFE2 – Wet Tosh: Row 3x(200m+400m+600m) – Rest = Work
CFE3 – 1 Mile Run Time Trial
