Our Philosophy

As a Coaching Staff, we believe that CrossFit should be made accessible to everyone. Our goal is to strengthen our athletes in body, mind and spirit through health and wellness.

We believe that responsible coaching includes proper form, technique and scalability until a greater challenge is introduced. Every athlete’s participation, at any level, contributes to the greatness of our community as a whole!
