New athletes can expect to have a coach shadow them throughout their first several visits so we can learn how you move and teach you proper mechanics and skills.
For Ages 8-12, with a focus on mechanics and conditioning, we introduce the next generation to the foundations of CrossFit.
In addition to improved stamina, strength and conditioning – Your child will acquire self-confidence that carries over to their schoolwork, sports, and relationships with family and friends.
