Our program is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of different age groups, focusing on developing sound motor patterns and physical literacy before introducing complexity or load. The #1 mistake that youth programs make is loading a child before they have developed proper body mechanics, which can result in lifelong bad movement habits and increase the risk of injury. We focus on form and fun, building good habits that will last a lifetime.
Junior Varsity (6-9 yrs old)
Classes for our littlest members meet 1x per week. Kids spend time learning one or two movement skills per class, while getting plenty of movement through races, games, and challenges to keep it fun. Our littles have a BLAST and will leave worn out, guaranteed.
Varsity (10-14 yrs old)
This class is the perfect foundation for preteens / early teens who would like to start weight training more formally in the coming years. Each class will focus on 1-2 movement skills or lifts and movements will be scaled to athletes movement ability and maturity. The goal of this class is to drill the basic movements until they become second nature, adding load and complexity as kids demonstrate physical literacy and readiness.
