CrossFit is an effective, results-based, community-driven approach that helps you build your fitness and improve your health. Coach-led group workouts aim to build strength and endurance in movements that have practical applications. At CrossFit SanTan, our focus is on having fun and moving well- for your whole life!
You don't need to be in shape to do CrossFit. Read that again, and let it sink in! Whether you are a professional athlete or have never worked out a day in your life, our programming is scalable to meet you where you're currently at. We're all on an individual fitness journey, let us help you navigate yours!
We've built a community based on supporting and lifting each other up, and we keep the atmosphere positive and fun. No "gym-timidation", no pressure, no high-stress competition. We want members to look forward to their workout! If you're not having a great time, what's the point?
We understand that starting a new fitness routine can be intimidating, so we want to simplify things for you. Walk through our doors and we promise we will lead you through a great workout... and you'll have fun doing it. 99% of success is just showing up!

Coach Erin is an Army Veteran, CF Level 2 and BrandX Kids certified trainer. She believes in the effectiveness of the CrossFit methodology and is passionate about helping clients young and old achieve their fitness goals... while having fun!
Ryan is a 21-year Army Veteran and CF Level 2 trainer with a passion for CrossFit and helping people improve their quality of life through health and fitness. You can catch him making sure people are moving well at the 5:30am class.
Coach Dan has been a CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting coach since 2010. He's got a great eye for technique and keeps athletes moving well. He's also the head coach of our youth program! Come check out one of his 8:30 or 9:30 classes.
Ramone has been in the CrossFit scene since 2017. He's got a talent for breaking down even the most technical movements for all experience levels. Take a class with Ramone and you'll learn something new, guaranteed!
Long-time member of CFST's early bird crew! When she's not lifting CRAZY weight, Coach Malia is making sure the 5:30am classes start the day off right!
Carli has 4 years of experience competing and coaching Olympic Weightlifting at the national level and has a great eye for movement. If you have Oly questions, hit her up!
Coach Thalia has been doing CrossFit since 2017, and LOVES to lift. She moves well and makes sure her classes are doing the same. Check her out in the afternoons - you'll probably learn some new dance moves, as well!
Coach James is a long time CrossFitter and has been coaching at CrossFit SanTan since he retired from the military and moved his family to AZ. He's a natural leader and an amazing coach with a depth of knowledge. Take a class with James in the afternoons!
