Owners Ryan and Erin are both Army Veterans and CF Level 2 trainers. They believe in the CrossFit methodology and the power of community in helping members meet their helath and fitness goals.
Coach Dan has been a CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting coach since 2010. He's got a great eye for technique and keep athletes moving well. He's also the head coach of our youth program! Come check out one of his 8:30 or 9:30 classes.
The OG of the Coaching Crew! Coach Mariel has been a member/coach at CFST since the beginning. When she's not at the gym, you'll find her on the trails.
Long-time member of CFST's early bird crew! When she's not lifting CRAZY weight, Coach Malia is making sure the 5am and 6am classes start the day off right!
Coach Jen "found her tribe" when she started CrossFit 7 years ago. She LOVES lifting heavy things, and when she's not working to improve her CrossFit Total she's probably hiking or playing sports with her 3 amazing kids!
Coach James is a long time CrossFitter and has been coaching at CrossFit SanTan since he retired from the military and moved his family to AZ. He's a natural leader and an amazing coach!
CrossFit has changed Coach Colin's health and vitality and he's eager to help others experience the same transformation. When he's not at the gym, he's hanging with his kids, playing guitar, reading, or watching Yellowstone!
Our husband & wife duo! Coaches Ramone and Thalia have been in the CrossFit scene since 2017. Their personalities compliment one another on the gym floor and they always put on a great class! Check them out at the 4pm/5pm!
