Our Philosophy
Our program is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of different age groups, focusing on developing sound motor patterns and physical literacy before introducing complexity or load.
Junior Varsity (6-9 yrs old)
Classes for our littlest members meet 1x per week. Kids spend time learning one or two movement skills per class, while getting plenty of action through races, games, and challenges to keep it fun. Our littles have a BLAST and will leave worn out, guaranteed!
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm
$60 / month
Varsity (10-14 yrs old)
This class is the perfect foundation for preteens / early teens who would like to start weight training more formally in the coming years. Each class will focus on 1-2 movement skills or lifts and movements will be scaled to athletes movement ability and maturity. The goal of this class is to drill the basic movements until they become second nature, adding load and complexity as kids demonstrate physical literacy and readiness.

TEEN CROSSFIT
Designed for teens 13+, this 3-day per week class will build teen athletes' total-body strength, explosiveness, and endurance, giving them a strong foundation for improved performance across sports. With a focus on functional movements and varied workouts, the work that we do helps prevent injury and break through performance plateaus that single-sport training can’t always address. The supportive team environment also fosters mental toughness and discipline, preparing them both physically and mentally for their competitive season.

COMPETITIVE YOUTH OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
