Fitness is a life-long journey. Investing time up-front to learn proper technique will pay dividends in avoiding injury and improving performance in the long-run so that you can achieve your fitness goals!
New members with no prior experience will be enrolled in an On Ramp course (beginner CrossFit lessons) which consist of two 1 hour-long sessions spread out over the course of one week. While enrolled in On-Ramp, members will still be able to attend regular CrossFit classes and coaches will modify workouts appropriately!
2 Sessions - $99 (Can be applied to 1st Month's Membership)
We want you to love where you lift. To make sure CrossFit SanTan is a good fit, we offer a free trial - No experience necessary. We'll talk about your fitness goals, upcoming On Ramps, and answer any questions you may have about our community. Come check us out!
